Sales Terms and conditions

Due to the large range of tapers available, rods are built from the time of order. Delivery is typically 18-24 months. At time of order, an expected delivery date will be quoted. Any changes to this during construction of the rod will be related to the buyer.

Prior to starting the rod, I will contact you to confirm the order, price and rod details. A 20% deposit is required before the rod is started. Engraving and other custom work is done on a quotation basis, with payment upfront. When the rod is completed, the balance of the price is payable. Upon receipt of the balance, the rod will be shipped.

Payment Methods

Payment methods are cheque or direct bank deposit, in Australian dollars, or PayPal (PayPal attracts a 3% surcharge on all payments).

Postage & Handling

Postage will be quoted at the time of order.

Warranty

N A Taransky bamboo rods carry a lifetime warranty for workmanship and materials to the original owner. This does not include accidental breakage, abuse, or natural wear and tear. Warranty work is done on a repair or replacement basis at the discretion of N. A. Taransky Bamboo Rods.
